Key responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop relevant marketing content that seamlessly integrates business and tech value for B2B leads and prospects. This includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more. Collaborate closely with the Delivery team to gather technical insights and ensure alignment with Kepler Team services.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute our LinkedIn content strategy to effectively distribute pertinent content to the target audience. Manage Instagram, with a focus on HR and team-related content, and foster cross-functional collaboration for a unified strategy.
Email Marketing: Strategize and execute newsletters and drip campaigns using HubSpot, covering the entire process from design to execution and analysis. This helps nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
Website & Landing Pages: Oversee website updates and create landing pages in HubSpot to bolster lead generation and marketing campaigns.
Analytics and Data Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot for tracking and analyzing campaign performance, website traffic, keyword rankings, and social media metrics. Provide insights to enhance overall strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or social media & copywriting. B2B experience is a valuable bonus.
Proven experience in content creation, social media management, email marketing, and landing page creation.
Strong copywriting skills for effective communication. Familiarity with tech industry trends and terminologies; experience in healthcare is a valuable bonus.
Analytical proficiency using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and others.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Figma, or similar for basic design tasks.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter with excellent communication skills to navigate the dynamic processes in a startup environment.
