Interactive Kidney Education Platform

Are you aware that 15% of US adults have chronic kidney disease (CKD)? Despite the potential for prevention, most people with CKD are unaware of their condition. Ikona Health partnered with Kepler Team to create a customized education platform, empowering healthcare providers to support patients beyond the clinic and educating more people about CKD.

IKONA is a go-to kidney care education platform that enhances learning and increases confidence for patients and providers and enables personalized care delivery through their entire kidney disease journey.
According to CDC estimations, 15% of adults in the US have chronic kidney disease (CKD). There are steps people with CKD can take to protect their kidneys, however, in most cases, symptoms are mild and most people are not aware of their CKD condition.
To address the low awareness and knowledge of CKD, Ikona Health engaged Kepler Team to develop an educational platform. The platform enables healthcare providers to support patients beyond the clinic and delivers digestible education to more people.
